About the role
As a Care Assistant your days will be varied, interesting and rewarding. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and getting around. You’ll help them make their apartments feel like home. Or as a Manager you’ll be an inspired leader, understanding and contributing to the Signature strategy, and implementing it at a local level. You’ll be the role model for all of Signature’s values, and you’ll inspire your team to embody them too. Don’t worry if you’re new to care, full training is provided.
